We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is how returns and refunds work.
7-day returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom-engraved trophies and used equipment are not eligible.
How to request a refund
Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours and we will arrange a free replacement.
